Teachers can now update their webpage from any device. Parents and students have the option to subscribe to the teacher’s site and receive push notifications.  In this session, teachers will create a page, update their profile, add assignments to their class calendar, build picture or video galleries, and more.  Teachers will be amazed at how easy and fast this communication process can be.

This session will begin by covering the basic layout and user interface of Windows 10, focusing on the desktop features as well as helpful shortcuts and gestures.  You will then explore the Workspace Inking features, focusing on its instructional use in the classroom. 
OneNote Notebook

Take OneNote to the next level by delivering curriculum and collaborating with students and colleagues. Users can add notes (handwritten or typed), drawings, screen clippings, and audio commentaries. Strategies for using OneNote for reading, writing, math, and all content areas will be included in this session.
*Beginning OneNote training is a prerequisite for this session.
Microsoft TEAMS

Microsoft Teams is a digital hub for assigning and collecting student work, providing feedback, collaborating, and grading student work online. This is Microsoft’s answer to Google Classroom that brings conversations, content, and apps together in one place. Create collaborative classrooms or connect in professional learnings communities– all from a single experience in Office 365. Teams also integrates with One Note Class Notebook. Teams is only available to use with students in grades 3-12.

 Organize and share your files digitally using Office 365 OneNote.  Learn how you can create OneNote notebooks for cloud based organization and file sharing.  In this session, participants will create and open OneNote notebooks, work with OneNote sections and pages, and find out how to add content to a new OneNote Page. Educators get quick tips and tricks to stay organized with OneNote to enhance their professional productivity.

In this training, you will learn all about My BrainPOP for student accounts as well as the amazing activities you can assign! Be prepared to “wow” your teacher friends and students because you will leave saying, “I didn’t know BrainPOP could do that!”

Trying to figure out how to integrate BYOD into your everyday lessons? Looking for a way to make your PowerPoint presentations engaging? Come learn about Nearpod! You can import your pre-existing PowerPoint presentations and embed formative questions, polls, videos, and quizzes. Students access your presentation on their devices and you get great data reports after each presentation. Free and easy to use....leave this session with a lesson ready to go!

:Learn how to use Playposit to engage students, create self-paced lessons, and place accountability on students for their own learning. Playposit allows you to embed video from YouTube and many other sites or upload your own and then insert multiple types of questions into the video. Students can access the videos across any device, at their own pace, and you get the data. Perfect for teachers looking to develop blended and/or flipped lessons.

:The OneNote Class Notebook app lets a teacher quickly set up a personal workspace for every student, a content library for handouts, and a collaboration space for lessons and creative activities, all within one powerful notebook. The new free Class Notebook add-in for the OneNote desktop (2013 or 2016) is designed to help teachers save time and be even more efficient with their Class Notebooks. the add-in includes page and section distribution and quick review of student work. SWAY

SWAY is a presentation program that students and teachers have the ability to use within our Office 365 accounts. Teachers will learn how they can create visually appealing SWAY presentations to present instructional content or have their students show what they know by creating their own SWAY. This creation tool has built in search features that make research projects, book reports, and digital storytelling easier and faster than ever before.
