Homer Pittard Campus School has maintained
its legacy of excellence in the local and
university communities due to the leadership
and efforts of Dr. Mary Tom Berry. Dr. Berry has
spent her career and retirement with
continuous support for Campus School. As the
chairperson for the Elementary and Special
Education Department at MTSU (1979 - 1989),
she forged the current contract with Rutherford County
which allowed our school to continue and flourish.
Campus School staff, parents and the university have
dedicated our Media Center in her honor.
